Engagement by local Clinical Commissioning Groups

The Patient Voices Group (PVG) have found that engagement by both the East Lancashire Clinical Commissioning Group and recently Blackburn with Darwen Clinical Commissioning Group, is a tad lacking. We would like to see improved engagement with CCGs and patient groups and more openness and transparency from those who are spending Public money on our behalf.
